Dr. Beck earned his BS from Fordham University and his MD from the State University of New York Brooklyn Health and Science Center. He was an intern at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, where he also performed residencies in surgery and urology. Dr. Beck performed additional training in urology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He was Chief Resident of Urology at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York in 1990 and Chief Resident of Urology at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center from 1990 to 1991.
Dr. Beck, named among the Top Physicians in Connecticut by Connecticut Magazine, joined Urology Associates of Danbury, P.C. in 1991. He is an attending urologist and has served as Chief of the Division of Urology at Danbury Hospital Center. He has been a clinical instructor at the John Dempsey Hospital-University of Connecticut Health Center. In addition to general urology, Dr. Becks areas of special expertise include male and female voiding dysfunction, female urology, prostate disorders, urologic microsurgery (vasectomy reversals) and endoscopic management of stones. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Beck is an active member of the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association.
